Therapy can be a place where insight leads to real change, not just endless talking about problems.

When life feels uncertain or overwhelming, it can be hard to know where to turn. You deserve a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own.

On days when anxiety, worry, stress, or anger take over, it may feel like you’re just trying to make it through. Therapy can help you find healthier ways to cope and regain balance.

You Might Be Feeling…

You may be here because something in life feels heavier than it should.

Maybe you’re experiencing:

  • Anxiety or constant worry that won’t quiet down
  • Stress that feels overwhelming or exhausting
  • Lingering effects of past experiences or trauma
  • Relationship struggles that leave you feeling stuck or disconnected
  • Grief or loss that still feels difficult to carry
  • Patterns you can’t seem to change

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

Therapy can provide a place to talk openly about what you’re experiencing, understand what may be contributing to it, and begin creating meaningful change.

Meet Peggy

Peggy Blaylock, LCSW, CSAC, MSW

I’ve spent more than 20 years walking alongside individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, and major life transitions.

Over time, I’ve seen how many of these struggles connect back to deeper experiences that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. My work focuses on helping people move beyond simply getting by and begin understanding the root causes of what’s weighing on them.

The people I’ve worked with and the stories they’ve shared continue to shape how I approach this work.

What Therapy With Me Is Like

Clients often tell me they feel seen and valued in our work together.

I bring warmth, humor, and honest conversation into the therapy room because healing isn’t just about feeling better — it’s about becoming more whole.

Therapy with me is collaborative. Together we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be influencing your life while developing practical ways to cope with anxiety, stress, and difficult emotions.

My goal is to help you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and freedom.

Why Teletherapy Works

Online therapy makes it easier to access support without disrupting your life.

Sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Many clients appreciate the flexibility and convenience of teletherapy, especially when balancing work, family, and other responsibilities.

Getting Started

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to feel unsure where to begin.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

A brief consultation is simply a chance to talk about what’s been going on and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

Reaching out can feel like the hardest step, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
