1) All counseling sessions are conducted online using a Hipaa-proctected platform.

2) A typical session will last for 50 minutes. Extended sessions are available upon request. A 30 minute check in session is available for clients who are established and demonstrating progress in reducing their symptoms.

3) I will provide you with my expertise, confidentiality, a safe space for your emotions and unbiased nonjudgmental feedback.

4) I will be your ally in the therapy process, caring about you and challenging you to grow. You can expect to be an active participant by helping guide content and discussion in your sessions.

5) I will ask questions to help you discover what you are thinking about, what is happening in your life and how you are experiencing it.

6) Together we will explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors that shape your life.

7) You will learn to understand your story and how it informs the way you respond to situations causing you emotional difficulties.

8) I understand it can be hard to talk about emotions; however, the insight you gain will be rewarding and bring you a sense of peace and relief.

9) A successful therapy experience does not mean you are fixed; you were never broken. You will learn about yourself, gain resources and apply healthy coping skills to deal with life’s challenges.
