Welcome — I’m glad you found your way here.
Life can throw us curveballs, and it’s normal to feel anxious, down, or overwhelmed in response. When those feelings linger, it’s often a sign that something deeper may be asking for attention.
One of my passions is helping people move beyond simply getting by to understanding and healing the root causes of what’s weighing them down.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, but it’s the people I’ve worked with — and the stories they’ve shared — that have truly shaped how I show up for this work.
I won’t simply sit back and nod along. Therapy works best when we engage honestly with the difficult parts of life. The process isn’t always easy, but it can lead to deeper understanding, meaningful growth, and sometimes even moments of laughter along the way.
